YAPYAP is a fast paced, co-op game that allows up to six players to team up and face chaotic magical battles with monsters. The design is both hilarious and intense, this game encourages teamwork, strategy in order to meet the quota and win your stay alongside the magician. Whether you are casting spells or dodging enemy attacks, every round offers unpredictable fun with your friends.

 

Gameplay

This game allows players to take roles of quirky wizards and get wands, each equipped with spells and abilities which can either help your team or backfire spectacularly. Each arena is filled with obstacles, hazards, and opportunities for wild interactions. The goal, outwit your opponents, master your powers, meet the quota, and survive the magical mayhem. The controls are easy to learn but difficult to master, making it accessible for beginners and rewarding for experienced players. For movement you use {W, A, S, D}, for basic attacks and casting spells use left mouse, for special abilities use right mouse. If you want to switch spells use the scroll wheel or use number 1-4 keys, for dash or evade use your shift, and lastly for you to interact or pick up items use your {E} key.

YapYap is such a fun and creative game, it stands out as a refreshing game with a smooth gameplay that feels easy to get into but still feels challenging and keeps things interesting. The visuals and sound design work perfectly together to create a playful, immersive experience. It's clear the developers put a lot of thought into the little details for a better experience, smooth performance, thoughtful design. Which makes us feel  “just one more try” feeling that gets us hooked on playing for more time, definitely one of the best casual games that deserve a 5 star rating.
